




Showing the bathtub hot water carrying large amount of RUST in it. Skin rush and heavy itching starts immediately after taking the shower and is now a health hazard.
1. maintenance request sent on 12.28.2008, via the net.
2. no reaction or concern from property management to the request.
3. 12.30.2008, filed complaint with AIMCO Corporate office due to no action.
4. Hand delivered 7 days Note of Intention to Withhold Rent if no repairs are made.
-without reading the letter, the property manager stated that her attorney will contact my attorney...
As always, great solution to the issue from management office. At least read the document before talking trash!
5. Maintenance came to look at the issue twice on 01.05.2009 and brought the contractor who confirmed that the whole plumbing line needs to be replaced due to aging. He supposed to provide office with the proposal estimate.
6. As of 01.07.2009 - no response from the office.
7. The Note of Intention delivered on 01.02.2009 is in effect and the answers are due on 01.09.2009, as stated...

8. 01.22.09, I called and ask to speak the Regional Manager, Mr. Bryan Kebrdle at (305) 535-4800 and Beatrice, his secretary, forward me to his mail. As of February 06, 2006, Mr. Kebrdle has not returned the call.

Yes, I never call the office and call directly to them as well as sending complaints via email. Every move is documented and get filed.
