Rust in the Water at Presidential House Apartments 1566 NE 191 St North Miami Beach FL 33179

The video shows the rust that comes with the water at 1566 NE 191 Street North Miami Beach Florida 33179 of Presidential House Apartments rental by AIMCO. The polluted with rust water is causing the skin allergic reaction such as redness, skin rush and itching. The manager Ms.Tania Leon does not resolved the issue for over a month now.
