Shows water leak in the bathroom causing the paint to form the breats shape with dripping water.
Tania Leon who is the manager at Presidential House Apartments has promised to send the maintanance to repaint the ceiling. Two month later we still waiting.
The ceiling has now some mold developing.

The water leak was stopped but the ceiling in the bathroom is remaining to be untouched and now has mold.
Tania will give you tons of promises but you need to call and bother her 175 times to get something done at your unit.
