One resident has been forced to renew his lease or face the eviction by the condo manager because he complaint about the mold issue. The mold was there before he moved in.
Tania asked him to renew the lease and be moved to another unit or move out.
It Is Illegal to force and Threaten the tenant in the state of Florida.
This van has not moved for quite some time. It looks trashy with tons of junk inside. The van is parked at the 125 resident's parking spot. Resident has no place to park and she is forced to park elsewhere. The office management does not arrange to move the van. Do they care?
